"The Volunteer Management System is very user friendly and easy to manage. Prior to this program we tracked our volunteers statistics including numbers and hours manually. We then had to do manual calculations monthly and then quarterly to calculate the figures we required to measure our statistics. With the VMS program we simply enter names, and hours by specific event and ask for a detailed report and within mere seconds the report is presented to us in a neat and easy to understand manner. Huge time savings which resulted in cost savings were realized by implementing the VMS System.

We are in the process of implementing a new database that will be replacing an existing access database that houses our membership and some programming information. Other programming information is kept in a multitude of excel spreadsheets and word documents. Currently the database is very cumbersome to use and is very difficult to pull reports and statistical information. With the upcoming implementation of the new program  we will be able to enter all programming from the moment it is booked, track the facilitator costing and hours, the materials costing, and manage our membership all in one database thus eliminating the current duplication that takes place. Again we will realize huge time savings which will result in cost savings to our organization.
